We organize. A formal appraisal union. The union stipulates how much you can charge for an appraisal. Not a bad idea in theory. With this concept we could really throw our weight around (how about a $500 minimum? $700 if they demand we train). Do you suppose an appraiser “strike” would wake the world up? Other industries appear to function well with unions.

Yeah, the problem will be solved with the help of our politicians. How long can you wait? I need a solution RIGHT NOW!!
